Lovely stay with great vibes!

Just spent a weekend here and was blown away! The Garden House was super comfy and way bigger than I thought. The peace and quiet was a welcome surprise despite being so close to the city. enjoyed a nice lunch from room service—good food! Just wish the bathroom got a little update.

Loved having secure bike storage and the easy access to public transport made exploring super convenient. The generous porridge was a tasty start to each day.

The gardens were beautifully maintained, providing a serene retreat, and the accessible ground floor areas made it easy for me to move around without any hassle. The staff were also exceptionally attentive, which enhanced my comfort during the stay....

The breakfast had those amazing fresh-off-the-oven croissants, and the room was super cozy with a comfy bed! I loved chilling in the beautiful garden area and enjoyed the peaceful vibe perfect for relaxing. Although the room felt a bit stuffy, it didn’t take away from my overall great experience. 😊

The welcome from Matthew in reception was warm and genuine, setting a great tone for our stay. The quiet private garden with its ponds and greenery was a perfect place to relax away from the hustle.

Charming character defines this hotel, with a delightful courtyard featuring Koi fish adding a unique touch. Breakfast was excellent, with a variety of options including cooked dishes and pastries. Friendly and attentive staff made a significant positive impact on the stay, though I did note a lack of modern amenities which some may find inconvenient.

A lovely hotel with friendly staff and a comfortable atmosphere. Breakfast was enjoyable and served in a beautiful conservatory. Some room decor felt dated, and sound insulation could be better, but it’s conveniently located near the city center, making exploration easy. a nice experience.

we stayed for 2 nights in a standard double room with two single beds. the hotel is conveniently located just a 10-minute walk from the city center. breakfast and dinner were great, with polite staff providing impeccable...  

Just a good match for a holiday in Norwich with extraordinarily good value for money. The comfy beds made our stay enjoyable after long days exploring. Bring a USB adaptor if you're a charger junkie.

Just had a fantastic stay! The breakfast was incredible, especially those mushrooms, and the spacious room with a comfy bed exceeded my expectations. The bar area was a lovely spot to relax and enjoy a drink.
